Many of us know what it feels like to live with anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, people pleasing, shame, grief, or a sense of feeling stuck. We often try to think our way through these experiences. Yet many of these patterns are deeply connected to the nervous system and the ways our body has learned to adapt to stress, challenge, and survival.
The Somatically Embodied™ Workshop Series was created to help you understand these experiences through the lens of the nervous system and the body.
Over twelve live workshops, we explore some of the most common experiences that shape our lives and learn practical somatic techniques that can support greater safety, regulation, resilience, and self-trust.

Containment
Creating Safety Within the Nervous System
When emotions, stress, or life feel overwhelming, many of us were never taught what to do in those moments. We may feel flooded by emotions, disconnected from ourselves, stuck in overthinking, or struggling to find a sense of steadiness. Containment is one of the most important skills we can develop within nervous system healing. It helps us create a greater sense of safety, support, and stability when life feels challenging.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore the role containment plays within the nervous system and learn practical somatic techniques that help us feel more supported during moments of overwhelm, stress, uncertainty, and emotional activation.
Together we will combine nervous system education with guided somatic practices that can be integrated into everyday life.

Boundaries
Understanding the Nervous System Beneath Boundaries
Many people know they need stronger boundaries. Yet saying no, expressing needs, asking for space, or protecting our time can feel surprisingly difficult. For many of us, boundaries are connected to safety, belonging, relationships, guilt, and past experiences.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore the nervous system beneath boundaries and learn practical somatic techniques that support confidence, self-trust, and healthy limits.
Together we will work with a series of guided somatic practices designed to help you recognise your needs, feel more connected to your body’s signals, and develop greater confidence in expressing and holding boundaries.
