Polyvagal-Informed Tools for Nervous System Regulation
-
Every card includes simple, structured instructions so each practice can be followed with ease. On the reverse, a short explanation outlines why the practice works, linking the technique to nervous system regulation and principles drawn from Polyvagal Theory.
-
Printed on thick, premium card stock, each card is designed to withstand regular use in both personal and professional settings. The deck is housed in a sturdy protective box, creating a durable resource that can be returned to again and again.
-
Each card is paired with warm, carefully chosen imagery designed to evoke a sense of calm and safety. The visual cues support the nervous system in settling, helping the body engage with the practice in a natural and accessible way.

The deck includes practices that support grounding, containment, movement, vagal tone, and boundary awareness. These body-based techniques help regulate stress responses, support emotional stability, and guide the nervous system back toward safety.
The Philosophy Behind The Deck
Many people attempt to regulate a nervous system they do not yet fully understand.
This deck was created from the understanding that healing does not begin through force, performance, or “fixing” the self. The nervous system changes through repeated experiences of safety, grounding, support, connection, predictability, and embodied experience.
These cards were designed to help create those moments.
Small experiences matter deeply to the nervous system. A softer breath, feeling your feet against the floor, warmth, gentle movement, supportive sensory input, or safe connection can all begin communicating safety to the body. Over time, repeated experiences like these help the nervous system slowly reorganise around safety rather than survival.
Polyvagal & Somatically Informed
This deck is informed by Polyvagal Theory, nervous system science, somatic psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice, attachment and relational neuroscience, and body-based therapeutic approaches.
The deck also includes a formal endorsement from Stephen Porges, founder of Polyvagal Theory, who described the cards as “somatically and therapeutically grounded, and largely consistent with Polyvagal Theory.”
Designed To Feel Beautiful To Use
These are not clinical worksheets. They were intentionally created to feel calming, grounding, supportive, warm, visually soothing, and emotionally safe to return to.
Featuring durable premium cards and calming imagery, the deck is designed for repeated everyday use — whether beside your bed, in your therapy office, during sessions, in moments of overwhelm, or as part of your nervous system practice.
A Resource To Return To
This deck is for the moments when your system feels overwhelmed, your body feels unsafe, your thoughts feel loud, or you feel disconnected from yourself.
It is a gentle resource to help you return back to your body one card at a time, one moment of safety at a time, and one nervous system experience at a time.
“These practices are somatically and therapeutically grounded; largely consistent with Polyvagal Theory.”
